I'm an evidence-based nutritionist originally from Mumbai, India, living in Bedfordshire for over 23 years. After 20 years in the corporate world, I followed my passion and retrained as a nutritionist.

My original degree is in computer science — so I'm all about the science and research behind nutrition. Whether it's protein, supplements, workouts or mindset, I back everything I do with evidence.
