Hello, I'm Nivita 

I'm an evidence based nutritionist. I am originally from Mumbai, India but I've lived in the UK for over 23 years. 

I lived the corporate life for over 20 years, when I decided to follow my passion and re-train as a Nutritionist. 

My original degree is in computer science, so I am all about the science and research behind nutrition, whether it is protein, supplements, workouts or anything else.

I am passionate about health and nutrition and about helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals in a simple and sustainable way.

I currently live in Bedfordshire with my family which consists of my husband, daughter, and my dog Sienna. Although based in Bedfordshire,  I offer both in person or online consultations both locally and overseas.
